Job summary

createIT.com is seeking an experienced software professional to join our Warsaw team. You will work on large, international projects and contribute to a modern tech stack including Kotlin, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

You will translate business requirements into high‑performance, maintainable applications, analyze and optimize modules, participate in code reviews, and help drive architectural evolution toward a scalable platform while collaborating with Product Owners, QA, DevOps,

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification.
• At least 7 years of modern software development experience, SaaS preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Experience with CI/CD and automated testing.
• Experience with AI-assisted development.
• Analytical mindset, high quality focus, and a structured way of working.
• Team player with knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• English proficiency at C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance our internal leasing software
• Translate business requirements into high-performance, maintainable applications
• Analyze, debug, and continuously optimize existing modules
• Actively participate in code reviews and help ensure high code quality
• Maintain and further develop technical documentation and architectural concepts
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders
• Contribute to our technological transformation toward a modern, scalable platform
