Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with deep TypeScript and Node.js expertise to shape AI-driven, agentic systems. You will work across frontend and backend, building AI-powered dashboards and dynamic interfaces, while collaborating with leadership on strategic delivery.

The role is client-facing with hybrid work in Poland (3 days from Gdansk or Krakow) and opportunities to work remotely within Poland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of professional software development with TypeScript expertise.
• Strong backend with Node.js and modern tooling; proven full-stack experience.
• Hands-on AI/agentic systems experience including LLM integration and memory/context management.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Design and operationalize agentic systems and AI-powered user experiences.
• Provide production support including on-call rotations and incident handling.
• Collaborate with client engineering leads and distributed teams on technical direction.
