XTB online investing is seeking a Team Leader for the Technical Platform team to drive web applications. You will translate product vision into scalable technical solutions, leading distributed teams and shaping frontend architecture using microfrontends and Angular.

We expect extensive experience as a Senior Developer/Tech Lead or Software Architect, with hands-on work on Angular-based web apps, metrics-driven observability, and collaboration across remote teams.

Qualifications
