Your day-to-day

• Build the future of email at Hostinger— create and evolve the interfaces used by millions of customers to manage their email hosting and communicate every day. You'll work across two real products:
• Webmail— our modern, fast, web-based email client
• hPanel Email— the interface customers use to set up, manage, and upgrade email services (admin panel)
• Own complex features end-to-end.From new Webmail functionality to improved setup and monetization flows, you’ll shape solutions from first discussions through architecture, coding, testing, and release.
• Collaborate deeply.Work closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to co-create solutions, define APIs, and launch impactful features.
• Work with Vue.js 3 & TypeScript daily.
• You'll build scalable SPAs using the Composition API, Pinia (hPanel), and TanStack Query (Webmail).
• Write meaningful unit tests with Vitest + Testing Library and keep our code quality high.
• Make the UI fast, reliable, and built for scale.Optimize for millions of users across browsers, devices, and slow networks. Ensure every interaction feels smooth, stable, and trustworthy.
• Improve developer experience.Influence tooling, internal libraries, test strategy, and shared components across teams.
• Contribute to company-wide FE guild initiatives and push the overall quality bar higher.
• Put security at the heart of your code.Email is extremely private — your work must protect user data, avoid leaks, and uphold trust.
• Use and shape modern AI-powered workflows.We rely heavily on AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and CodeRabbit to boost velocity and code quality. We welcome new ideas, workflows, and experiments that elevate our engineering capabilities.

Your skills and experience

• Strong experience withReact, Vue, or another modern frontend framework— and willingness to work withVue 3.
• You don’t need to be a Vue expert —experience with React or another modern frontend framework is fully welcome. What matters is your ability to learn and deliver.
• Solid understanding ofSPA architectureand modern component patterns.
• Experience withTypeScriptin production.
• Understanding ofstate & async data tools, such as Pinia, Redux, TanStack Query, or similar.
• Good grasp ofREST API integrationand data flow design.
• Experience writingunit tests(Vitest + Testing Library preferred).
• Strong attention tosecurity, especially around handling sensitive user data.
• Ability to deliver features independently while improving the codebase.
• Ability to influence architectural decisions and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Good communication skills and openness to feedback. Active participation in team discussions, sharing ideas, insights, and being receptive to constructive feedback.

• Experience withSentryor similar error monitoring tools.
• Proficiency withESLint, and modern FE tooling (Vite).
• Curiosity and skill in improvingAI-assisted development workflows.
