Job summary

Capco Poland is seeking an experienced Fraud Prevention & Cyber Security Solutions Consultant to lead the delivery of managed authentication and risk services across Central and Eastern Europe. The ideal candidate is a senior specialist with extensive fraud prevention and cybersecurity expertise who can collaborate across markets and drive high-impact projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in CS, Information Security, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 10–12+ years in fraud prevention, cybersecurity, risk management, or payments.
• Experience in real-time payments (RTP) ecosystem and fraud controls.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client and partner teams to support fraud monitoring and prevention initiatives.
• Provide expertise for implementation, optimization and ongoing delivery of managed authentication and fraud services.
• Identify, prioritize and execute market opportunities related to risk and authentication solutions.
• Engage with clients to understand objectives, challenges and opportunities in payments risk management.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to promote risk management best practices and solution adoption.
• Monitor performance and usage trends, providing optimization recommendations.
• Support go-to-market initiatives and client materials on risk and authentication solutions.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to exchange best practices.
