Job summary

Adtran Networks sp. z o.o. in Gdynia is seeking a Senior Financial Systems & Reporting Analyst to join the global FP&A organization.

You will own SAC administration, governance of financial data, and support planning, reporting, and analysis across the enterprise. This role emphasizes collaboration with IT and Finance across time zones, developing scalable reports, advancing automation, and exploring AI enhancements to improve data quality and decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Economics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
• Experience in financial reporting, FP&A, controlling, financial systems, BI, or data analytics.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud including planning, reporting, model maintenance, testing, administration, or end-user support.
• Working knowledge of SAP financial data and reporting structures.
• Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, pivot tables, large data sets, data validation, reconciliation, and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal English; ability to work with US-based management across time zones.

Responsibilities

• SAC Administration: manage planning, reporting, and analytics, control access, roles, and security.
• Governance: maintain financial master data, hierarchies, mappings, and data quality.
• Support: develop standardized reports, perform ad hoc analysis, and backstop management reporting.
• Testing/Change: perform functional testing, document results, and support change governance.
• Automation/AI: identify automation opportunities and explore AI enhancements for FP&A.
