Blazity is hiring a Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer to work 100% remotely from Poland, collaborating with an innovative US-based AI company on enterprise AI solutions. You will design architectures, lead deployment projects, and act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers while staying hands-on with Python, TypeScript, and React.

This role requires 8+ years in software engineering, strong backend/frontend capabilities, and a track record in high-growth environments.

Qualifications

8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Experience delivering complex production systems.
Experience working in startup/scale-up environments.
Hands-on Python backend and TypeScript/React frontend development.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers.
Lead architecture reviews, solution design sessions, and technical discovery workshops.
Design and build production-grade AI-powered applications and integrations.
Mentor customer engineering teams during implementation.
Shape product evolution with customer feedback and reusable platform capabilities.
