Job summary

EPAM Systems in Poland seeks an experienced Senior System Analyst to support Oracle FLEXCUBE within our core banking environment. You will bridge business and technical teams to ensure smooth banking operations and accurate data handling.

You will analyze operations, configure product setups, troubleshoot across FLEXCUBE layers, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions in production and support contexts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst in core banking environments.
• Strong understanding of core banking operations and accounting entries.
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCUBS).
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Experience with web services (SOAP/REST) and XML messages.
• Ability to read UNIX/Linux logs and technical docs.
• Excellent communication with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and support core banking operations within Oracle FLEXCUBE.
• Configure and maintain product setups, events, and rules.
• Troubleshoot FLEXCUBE across database, app, and interfaces.
• Perform data analysis and validation with SQL queries.
• Review SOAP/REST messages and XML payloads.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support production environments and resolve incidents timely.
