Noda is building seamless Open Banking solutions that make payments smarter, faster and safer. We’re looking for a Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team and help drive fintech innovation.

You will support clients during integration, perform quality checks, maintain integration docs and collaborate with Product, Payments, SRE and other teams. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in tech support, strong HTTP knowledge, experience with SQL/NoSQL and payments products, plus English and

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in technical support.
Strong understanding of HTTP and client-server architecture.
Ability to investigate complex issues using logs and monitoring tools.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
Experience working with FinTech/payments products.
Hands-on experience supporting payment systems, payment integrations, or financial products.
Understanding of SLA/SLO concepts and incident management practices.
Experience mentoring junior/middle support engineers or leading knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Knowledge of Postman, Kibana, Azure and/or Microsoft .NET.
Fluent Russian and English at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

Support for clients during integration with our functionality.
Quality control of integrations, including testing.
Maintaining and improving the integration FAQ.
Supporting system operation and stability.
Assisting in the development of integration documentation.
Day-to-day collaboration with internal teams across cross-team cases and investigations.
Mentoring team members and sharing knowledge.
