Swarovski in Gdansk, Poland seeks a Senior Financial Controller to own the monthly, half-year, and year-end closings, deliver P&L reviews, and lead budgeting for assigned entities.

This role partners with cross-functional teams including Planning, Sales, and HR, providing financial insights, scenario analyses, and proactive recommendations to strengthen performance and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of controlling/finance experience in an international environment.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent English; German is a strong asset.
• Proactive, ownership mindset and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, half-year and year-end closing, P&L reviews.
• Coordinate rolling forecasts and annual budgets.
• Ensure master data quality and intercompany recharging.
• Provide financial insights and actionable recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional finance projects.
• Identify risks and opportunities and track actions.
• Collaborate with Wattens team, GBS, Tax, HR and more.
