Kempuri is seeking an experienced Financial Analytics professional to drive data-driven decision making across FP&A, budgeting and forecasting. You will build scalable models, dashboards, and insights to support leadership and stakeholders with clear financial narratives.

The role emphasizes collaboration with business units, translating requirements into analytical solutions, and delivering actionable recommendations to optimize profitability and performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or Data Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, KPIs, budgeting.
• Experience with large datasets and financial modeling.
• Advanced SQL and Excel skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI/Tableau/Looker.
• Knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
• Ability to translate business requirements into analytics.
• Understanding forecasting methodologies.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.
