A leading financial services company in Poland seeks an experienced financial professional. You will deliver high-quality financial services and manage accounting responsibilities, including reporting and monthly closings. Ideal candidates have a relevant degree, at least 2.5 years of experience, and fluency in English. Salary: 2650 - 3250 EUR/month gross (before tax) based on your competencies, skills, and experience.
Location: Poland
Schedule: 1 FTE (40 hours/week)
You will be responsible for high‑quality financial services delivery. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in accounting, excellent English skills. It is an exciting role with great responsibility. The position also involves liaising with the auditors, operational teams and finance controllers. We also expect you to have a big‑picture view and a quick understanding of the client needs. In addition, the project is on the path of continuous improvement, so we also expect the candidate to integrate continuous improvement in a daily job.
As part of the first interview, candidates will be asked to demonstrate their financial knowledge through a few targeted questions and a short verbal task. The task is designed to assess your understanding of bookkeeping theory and your ability to apply core accounting principles in practical scenarios.
