Senior Event Coordinator with German

Location: Katowice / Wrocław - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

Working as a member of the wider Marketing Services team, Senior Event Coordinator will focus on supporting different phases of designing, planning, and execution of an event, ensuring that every encounter delivers an exceptional experience for our stakeholders. This role should manage several concurrent activities, with strong prioritization, organizational and time management skills.

Your key responsibilities

• Collaborate virtually with the German EY Strategic Events team
• Administrative activities before, during and after events
• Creation of online registration sites, building landing pages in marketing tools, EY Event Apps and usage of virtual event platforms
• Participant management
• Managing attendee communication
• Preparing & launching of marketing campaigns in Marketo
• Maintaining EY-databases
• Being part of the core project team - planning, coordination and execution of the required logistics
• Efficient use of methodologies, EY tools and databases and constant development in digital solutions
• Be aware of quality/visibility and consistency of the EY Brand in events and campaigns
• Technical support
• On-site support, when required

Skills and attributes for success

• Excellent German and very good English
• Experience in corporate events environment
• Experience working with Cvent and/or Marketo are highly welcome
• Able to work independently, with attention to detail and proactive approach to make the project succeed
• Innovative mindset & Tech-savvy
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Reactivity and ability to manage emergency, think out of the box and adapt to last minute changes and business dynamics
• Professional and diplomatic communicator
• Understand of business environment by investigating and proposing service and process improvements
• Experienced user in MS Office, Outlook and MS Teams
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies for marketing
