Job summary

BYD Europe BV is seeking a Project Manager & Network Operations lead for HPC/Flash Charging deployments in Poland. You will drive multi-site rollout, coordinate permitting and construction, and manage budgets with a broad installer/EPC network.

The role requires strong experience in large-scale EV charging deployments, BESS integration, and close collaboration with Real Estate, Engineering, Energy, Procurement, and Finance teams. Travel across the country is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of deploying EV charging, BESS, PV, telecom, or similar multi-site electrical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Drive massive rollout of BYD Flash Charging sites across the country/region.
• Coordinate permitting, civil works, electrical installation, grid connection, BESS installation, and commissioning.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and contractor performance across multiple sites.
• Build and maintain a national/regional partner network of installers, EPCs, and civil-works firms.
• Lead RFI/RFQ processes, negotiate contracts, enforce BYD standards.
• Provide technical leadership for HPC chargers, BESS, site power design, and integration.
• Oversee operational monitoring and ensure smooth network integration.
