Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior ETL Developer to lead cloud transformation of a data-intensive analytics platform. You will design scalable architectures, modernize legacy components, and optimize ETL in AWS to deliver cost-efficient solutions.

Collaborate with software engineers and analysts to build reliable data pipelines, implement best practices, and ensure performance and quality across the cloud environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ETL development experience.
• Strong SQL Server design and relational data modeling skills.
• Hands-on SSIS for ETL pipelines.
• Experience building ETL in AWS (Glue, Lambda).
• Ability to optimize data flows and enforce SQL coding standards.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to cloud transformation of a data-intensive platform by designing scalable architectures and modernizing legacy components.
• Lead through technology evolution by proposing modern frameworks and architectural improvements.
• Develop and integrate advanced statistical methods and machine learning models for analytics.
• Collaborate with software engineers and analysts to build reliable software solutions meeting business needs.
• Ensure adherence to team design and coding procedures and standards.
