Sii Poland, a data engineering partner based in Rzeszów, seeks a Senior ETL Developer to drive cloud transformation of a data-intensive analytical platform. You will design scalable architectures, modernize legacy components, and ensure performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency in the cloud using AWS technologies.

Key focus areas include ETL design, SQL optimization, and building robust data flows with SSIS, AWS Glue, and Lambda.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ETL development.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, including advanced query design and relational data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with SSIS for ETL pipeline design and optimization.
• Practical experience building ETL processes in AWS, including AWS Glue and AWS Lambda functions.
• Proven ability to optimize stored procedures and debug data flows across dependent components.
• Ability to enforce best practices in SQL coding standards and operational monitoring.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to the cloud transformation of a data-intensive analytical platform by designing scalable architectures and modernizing legacy components.
• Leading continuous technological evolution by proposing and implementing modern frameworks and architectural improvements.
• Expanding analytical and predictive capabilities by developing and integrating advanced statistical methods and machine learning models.
• Working closely with a team of software engineers and analysts to design and build software solutions that meet business needs.
• Ensuring adherence to team design and coding procedures and standards.
