Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior ETL Developer to drive the cloud transformation of a data-intensive analytics platform in Łódź. You will design scalable architectures, modernize legacy components, and ensure performance, reliability and cost-efficiency in the cloud environment.

You will work with software engineers, analysts and QA to deliver high-quality solutions, optimize ETL pipelines in AWS (Glue/Lambda) and enforce best coding practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ETL development experience.
• Advanced SQL Server expertise incl. relational data modeling.
• SSIS design and optimization experience.
• ETL in AWS using Glue and Lambda functions.
• Ability to optimize stored procedures and debug data flows.
• SQL coding best practices and operational monitoring.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to the cloud transformation by designing scalable architectures and modernizing legacy components.
• Leading continuous technological evolution by proposing and implementing modern frameworks and architectural improvements.
• Expanding analytical capabilities by developing and integrating advanced statistical methods and machine learning models.
• Collaborating with software engineers and analysts to design and build software solutions that meet business needs.
• Ensuring adherence to team design and coding procedures and standards.
