Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking an experienced Compliance & Ethics Counsel Specialist to support the Global Legal Network across E&C, anti-corruption, data privacy, and related regulatory areas. The role involves advising business teams, drafting and reviewing contracts, and guiding governance with a focus on risk mitigation, policy interpretation, and training across global geographies.

Travel may be required, and English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in generic legal in-house matters and risk mitigation.
• Understand Accenture offerings and contracting regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and deliver results.
• Fluency in English with strong written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Understand the CORE areas, relevant company policies.
• Develop subject-matter knowledge and act as POC for the area.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and build relationships with onshore counsels and GLN.
• Suggest process improvements and assist in drafting checklists and documents.
• Support training, mentoring, and people management within the team.
• Review contracts and other documents relevant to E&C area.
