Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking an experienced lawyer to oversee AML compliance programs and guide KYC and regulatory activities across regulated entities. You will support AML Officers, drive consistency in control frameworks, and assist with risk assessments and audits.

The role requires a law degree, 5+ years in legal or financial crime compliance, fluent English, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Law degree is required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in legal, financial crime compliance, or related roles.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Solid knowledge of global AML/CTF frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Experience implementing compliance frameworks within legal or risk functions.
• Strong communication, writing, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee local AML compliance programs and support AML Officers.
• Provide expert guidance on AML/CTF matters and KYC requirements.
• Contribute to risk assessments, regulatory changes, and audits.
