Job summary

Çalık Enerji Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. in Warsaw seeks a Project Contracts and Claim Chief to supervise contract administration and manage claims on large-scale EPC projects.

You will ensure compliance with contract obligations, maintain documentation, and coordinate with planning, engineering, procurement, and construction teams. The role requires an engineering-related degree, 4+ years in contract or commercial management, strong knowledge of EPC contracts, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of EPC contracting models.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Supervise administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements.
• Manage preparation, issuance, and monitoring of contractual correspondence, notices, claims, and submissions.
• Maintain contract administration systems, including registers and logs.
• Oversee preparation of extension of time, disruption, and variation claims with project teams.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of notices, claims, and payments.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage contractual risks across the lifecycle.
• Support negotiations and dispute avoidance with clients and subcontractors.
• Provide guidance to contract administration personnel and coordinate activities.
• Prepare contractual reports and presentations for project management.
