Job summary

Capco, a global technology and business consultancy, is seeking a senior Data Architect to lead enterprise data architecture design across transformation programs. The role combines strategy, modern data platforms, and governance to deliver scalable, secure data solutions.

You will translate business requirements into architecture, establish standards, and guide engineering teams through implementation in a hybrid Poland/Qatar setup.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise data architecture within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of modern data platforms and cloud data architectures.
• Experience designing data integration and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and data security.
• Experience leading design reviews and guiding engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Define target-state architectures, data models, and integration patterns.
• Design scalable data platforms using Snowflake, dbt, and cloud services.
• Lead architecture reviews and communicate decisions.
• Create technical docs and governance artifacts.
• Provide architectural guidance to delivery teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into designs.
