NN Group in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead multiple engineering teams, shape the application landscape, and deliver secure, scalable technology that aligns with NN strategy. You will partner with product and segment leaders to define roadmaps and secure resources for ambitious plans.

You will guide managers and senior experts, drive secure SDLC adherence, manage budgets, and contribute to IT strategy by evaluating new technologies and AI trends.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT leadership experience, including managing software teams.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technology roadmaps and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop engineering managers, software leads, and experts.
• Define technology roadmaps with stakeholders and secure resources.
• Oversee SSDLC, security, and architecture alignment with NN strategy.
• Manage budgets (CAPEX/OPEX) and optimize technology spend.
