Job summary

Teltonika Telematics in Warsaw, Poland is seeking a Mid/Senior Embedded Systems Developer to join our R&D team. You will develop new and existing products in C/C++ and collaborate with hardware engineers, software teams and Product Owners in an Agile environment.

We value 1.5+ years of embedded experience, a degree in CS/EE, strong English, and a willingness to learn. We offer a hybrid work model, private medical care, and a Multisport card as part of a growing, international telematics company.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of experience programming embedded systems in C/C++.
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to contribute to problem-solving in larger embedded systems projects.
• Familiarity with multi-task embedded system architecture design and awareness of modern software quality standards.
• Good English language skills (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Develop new and existing products in C/C++.
• Maintain documentation and support team knowledge sharing.
• Participate in Agile (Scrum) team life and internal processes.
• Work with hardware engineers, software developer teams, and Product Owners during the development life cycle.
• Mentor and coach others to work with these technologies.
