Job summary

Softeq is seeking an experienced Embedded Solutions Engineer in Warsaw to drive the design of embedded solutions across automotive, industrial, healthcare and consumer electronics domains. You will lead architecture activities for firmware and embedded software, coordinate multi-team efforts, and contribute to business development through technical leadership.

The role emphasizes presales engagement, solution estimation, and close collaboration with clients to shape technology directions.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in embedded hardware, firmware, and software layers.
Understanding of hardware/embedded project delivery and lifecycle.
Experience with ARM Cortex architectures and software stacks (Bare Metal, RTOS, Linux/Android).
Exposure to end-to-end product lifecycle including hardware integration.
Proven ability to lead multi-component projects and collaborate with clients.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients and teams to evolve requirements into a clear technical solution.
Lead architecture design for firmware and embedded software projects of varying complexity.
Coordinate research and evaluation of new technologies to guide solution direction.
Provide and validate realistic solution estimates aligned with client needs.
Create and present technical documentation communicating architecture and strategy.
Support delivery by providing architectural guidance and maintaining presales continuity.
