The role emphasizes achieving strict real-time performance, mentoring, code reviews, and regulatory compliance. You will stay updated on DSP and MCU advancements and contribute to documentation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in designing, simulating, implementing, and validating real-time DSP/microcontroller systems.
• Strong background in DSP algorithms and digital signal processing.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement real-time systems with DSP algorithms and microcontroller firmware.
• Ensure real-time performance with low latency and efficient resource use.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and conduct code reviews and testing.
• Stay updated on DSP and MCU developments and contribute to documentation and processes.
