Job summary

Accenture Poland seeks a highly skilled embedded software engineer to own MCU firmware architecture for AUTOSAR Classic components in automotive projects. You will design, implement, and improve RTE, COM, and PDU routing, applying modern C++11+ and rigorous testing.

You will review requirements and architectures with customers and internal teams, work in a hybrid setup with on-site and remote collaboration, and contribute to production-grade systems while growing technically.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of modern C++ applied to embedded firmware.
• Strong understanding of AUTOSAR RTE, communication, diagnostics, and storage.
• Experience with debugging tools (JTAG, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers).
• Knowledge of RTOS and embedded OS concepts.
• Experience writing unit tests in C++ using gtest and gmock.

Responsibilities

• Own the MCU firmware architecture and AUTOSAR Classic components.
• Discuss and review architecture with internal teams and customers.
• Design, implement, and improve software components (RTE, COM, PDU Routing) including tests and documentation.
• Review and approve requirements, architecture, design, code, tests, and documentation across the lifecycle.
• Apply a code-first approach using modern C++ (C++11+), without reliance on AUTOSAR configuration tools.
