Pearson is seeking a Lead Specialist, Content Developer to join its English Language Learning team. This senior role leads complex content development across print, digital, and blended formats, collaborating with PMs, authors, and external vendors to ensure high pedagogical quality.

The position is full-time and remote, based in Poland, with emphasis on driving scalable, AI-augmented workflows while maintaining delivery timelines and international coordination.

Qualifications

• Significant experience developing English Language Learning courseware across print and digital products.
• Deep knowledge of ELL/ELT pedagogy and learning experience.
• Ability to independently lead complex, multi-level content development projects.

Responsibilities
