Sii Poland is seeking a Senior E-Learning Designer to craft engaging digital learning for enterprise clients. You will design courses, collaborate with SMEs, and publish SCORM-compliant content for LMS platforms.

The role is remote and involves multilingual projects across industries. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in corporate e-learning, proficiency with authoring tools (Storyline, Rise, Lectora), and strong English and Polish language skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience creating e-learning for corporate environments.
• Proven experience designing and publishing SCORM-based courses.
• Advanced knowledge of at least one authoring tool (Articulate Storyline, Rise, or Lectora).
• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience with LMS platforms and independent deliverable management.
• Excellent communication and professional English proficiency; Polish language skills required.
• Residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging e-learning courses and learning journeys.
• Translate business requirements into effective learning experiences.
• Create interactive training materials, assessments, simulations, and knowledge checks.
• Design multimedia assets and downloadable resources.
• Build SCORM-compliant courses for LMS deployment.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather content and align with objectives.
• Ensure materials are user-friendly, accessible, and visually appealing.
• Update existing content and conduct QA/testing before publication.
• Support international and multilingual learning projects.
