Pearson is seeking a Lead Specialist, Experience Designer in Poznan, Poland, working hybrid with the OCTO office to shape AI-driven product experiences across key platforms. You will drive user-centered design, mentor peers, and translate research into tangible AI-enabled features.

You will champion usability, accessibility, and trusted design while collaborating with engineering and product teams to deliver measurable impact for learners and stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in UX design, with a portfolio showcasing AI-powered solutions.
• Experience mentoring designers and collaborating across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Guide peer designers and mentor junior colleagues during major feature development
• Transform user research and analytics into implementable, AI-powered solutions
