You will build and evolve capabilities, ensure performance, and participate in architecture decisions while mentoring others. English communication is essential; Polish is a plus. The role offers hybrid or remote work across Amsterdam, Cologne, or Poland.

Qualifications

• Strong Elixir development experience.
• Familiarity with Phoenix, Postgres, RabbitMQ, Redis, and Oban.
• Fluent English communication.
• Polish language is a plus.

Responsibilities
