Job summary

Qualifications
- Production fullstack experience with Elixir on the backend.
- Frontend development with React.
- Experience in startup or scaleup environments.
- Production experience with databases and GraphQL.
- Track record delivering complex projects.
- Healthcare or medical device/regulatory exposure is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery across cross-functional product teams.
- Deliver compliant, production-grade software in a regulated healthcare environment.
- Collaborate with Product, design, and fellow engineers to ship with confidence.
- Mentor teammates and improve engineering standards.
