Aptiv Kraków is seeking an Advanced Electronics Engineer HV to develop innovative electronic solutions for electric mobility, collaborating with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
You will guide electronic circuit development for HV inlets, electrical centers and PCBs for SI and EMC, perform simulations, FMEA and fault tree analyses, and support test PCB procurement. Hybrid work with exposure to automotive safety standards and design documentation.

Guide and facilitate all electronic circuits related development for HV Inlets, Electrical Centers, PCBs for Signal Integrity (SI) and EMC measurements. Work directly with automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers to design products that meet customer functional, EMC, and electrical requirements. Perform simulations, worst-case circuit tolerance assessments, FMEAs, fault tree evaluations, and similar design disciplines. Conduct bench-level debugging, testing, and prototyping. Support of test PCB purchase process (creation of technical datasheets, communication to PCB makers etc.). Creation of design guidelines concerning optimized RF PCB design. Provide training and assistance to cross-functional teams, including software, systems, electrical, mechanical engineering, manufacturing, and purchasing. Work in alignment with Automotive Functional Safety Requirements and the ISO 26262 specification. Create and maintain design and product documentation.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering. Previous experience with electronic circuits design. Experience with RF design of PCBs Knowledge of Signal Integrity (SI) ElectroMagnetic Compatibility (EMC) fundamentals and impact of PCB design Background on pin in paste, SMT and press-fit technologies 3+ years of relevant electronics design experience. Proficiency in using schematic design and PCB layout tools.
Additional experience with PCB calculation & simulation tools (e.g. Polar Speedstack, Mentor Xpedition impedance calculator, HyperLynx)
