Job summary

Haskoning, a leading design and engineering firm, is expanding its Mission Critical Facilities (MCF) Data Centre team and seeks an Electrical Lead Engineer to work on cross‑border projects from Poland.

Based in Warszawa with travel, you will manage electrical work packages, design LV/MV/HV distribution and UPS systems, ensure data centre security, and contribute to project documentation and cost reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in electrical design and/or installation.
• License to design (electrical specialization) and knowledge of standard practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver the electrical work packages across multiple projects.
• Identify scope, design and management objectives and deliver project documentation.
• Design LV/MV/HV distribution, storage, redundancy and UPS systems.
• Ensure data centre security including fire protection, intrusion protection and access control.
• Prepare cost estimates and risk assessments; review contractor qualifications and tender summaries.
