Job summary

Sii Poland seeks a Team Leader of Electricians – Data Center to join the Engineering Assembly Services team for Data Center and IT infrastructure projects for international clients. You will supervise electrical work on site, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and collaborate with the project manager and QA/QC to ensure quality and compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in installation work, 2+ years in team leadership, and SEP G1 E up to 1 kV.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in installation work, including electrical installations.
• At least 2 years of experience in leading teams or supervising subcontractors and coordinating with a project manager and client.
• Ability to read technical documents, electrical diagrams, and cable plans.
• SEP G1 E certificate up to 1 kV.
• English knowledge at least B1 for on-site communication.
• Willingness to work in a delegation system – approx. 80% on projects in Poland and abroad.
• Category B driving license.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of teams of electrical installers and subcontractors on Data Center projects, including task assignment and performance control.
• Planning and coordination of electrical work according to the project schedule.
• Ensuring compliance of work with technical documentation, standards, and client requirements.
• Quality control of execution: internal inspections, supervision of non-conformity resolution, and ensuring completeness of as-built documentation.
• Ongoing communication with the client and project manager, and reporting on progress, quality issues, scope changes and resource needs.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and project procedures.
• Onboarding new employees and transferring technical knowledge to improve execution standards.
