Job summary

HelloFresh in Warsaw, part of HelloTech, is seeking a Senior UX Product Designer to lead engagement experiences across loyalty, referrals, and discovery. You’ll work in an AI-native design environment, collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive measurable engagement and customer value.

As a senior individual contributor, you will shape long-term direction while delivering tactical improvements, with a hybrid Warsaw office presence and a focus on scalable, data-driven design patterns

Qualifications

• Typically 4–6+ years of product design experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience in B2C, subscription, or loyalty domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact UX experiences across loyalty, rewards, referrals, discovery, cooking, and engagement mechanics.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Research, Marketing, CRM, and Content Design to shape opportunities across the customer lifecycle.
• Drive AI-native design, experimentation, and learning to improve engagement and retention.
