Job summary

Gainsight is seeking a Senior Director, Product Security to join the Security team reporting to the Chief Security Officer. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Poland and will mature the application security program while guiding a global team of product security engineers.

You will collaborate with Engineering and Product leadership to shape security strategy, drive risk remediation, and ensure secure design across SaaS platforms. Travel up to 10–25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Software/Security engineering with at least 8 years leading security organizations.
• Experience building or scaling Product Security programs within SaaS or cloud-native environments.
• Deep expertise in Secure SDLC, threat modeling, security architecture, API security and modern auth frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Maturing the application security program.
• Leading a global team of product security engineers.
• Partnering with Engineering and Product leadership to influence architecture, design decisions, and security strategy.
• Driving organization-wide vulnerability management and product risk remediation programs.
