Regnology is seeking a Deputy Head of HR Services to lead HR Operations, Payroll, and HR Services on a global scale. The role requires owning the HR Services function, driving process excellence, and delivering strategic and hands-on execution across regions.

You will build and lead HR Operations teams, optimize HRIS platforms like Workday and Personio, and partner with executives to align HR services with business goals. Remote-friendly role with Poland-wide influence.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally with HR Operations, Payroll, HR Services, Shared Services or People Operations in an international environment.
• Strong end-to-end understanding of HR operations, including employee lifecycle processes, payroll, benefits, HR systems and international employment requirements.
• Balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution; capable of defining operating models and roadmaps while solving operational issues.
• Excellent stakeholder and project management skills with the ability to influence decisions without formal authority.

Responsabilidades

• Co-lead and develop the HR Services function, defining the operating model, service standards, priorities, and roadmap.
• Provide functional and operational steering across HR Services; remove roadblocks and drive timely delivery.
• Lead HR Operations and Payroll teams with coaching, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Translate business requirements into pragmatic HR solutions while ensuring compliance and scalability.
• Lead complex global projects from concept to stabilization and establish meaningful KPIs.
