Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field required.
- Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred as per senior leadership qualifications.
- Minimum 12 years of progressive software engineering/technology experience.
- Minimum 7 years of leadership experience managing large engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple engineering organizations within Global Digital Foundry.
- Translate business objectives into actionable engineering plans.
- Drive delivery excellence and engineering governance across sites.
- Champion AI-assisted software delivery and modern engineering practices.
- Develop talent strategies and workforce planning for the Poland site.
