Job Description:

Sherpany by Datasite is the leading Swiss meeting management solution, designed to meet the unique needs of the board, board committee, and executive meetings. Our solution streamlines the entire meeting process to make meetings more productive and thus enhancing company performance. What you will be doing:
  • You will drive the implementation of our security architecture roadmap, strengthen product resilience and ensure sustainable, compliant and rapid incident response capacity. This role enables our shift to proactive readiness, supports business continuity execution, and ensures we meet growing regulatory and customer security demands.
  • You will work closely with the DevOps team to ensure our product is not only stable and available 24/7, but also secure, resilient and trustworthy for every customer.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring security readiness into the workflows, ensuring that every application change, system component and operational process meets our security, compliance and incident-response standards.
  • You will also focus in strengthening the platform's reliability by building secure automation, improving our ability to detect and respond to incidents as well as ensuring we can recover quickly in critical situations.
  • You will enable agility without compromising safety, helping us deliver a product that is both easy for customers to rely on and protected against modern threats.
