Job summary

monday.com is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our Warsaw office, focusing on securing our cloud infrastructure with a strong emphasis on Kubernetes. You will work closely with the Security department to strengthen our cloud posture using CNAPP/CSPM tools such as Wiz, and support AppSec in securing CI/CD pipelines.

The role involves collaborating with Infrastructure, Development, and Security teams to configure WAFs, manage IAM, conduct security audits, and drive a Secure by Design

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer and a minimum of 3 years as a DevOps Engineer.
Proficiency in Python/Go/Typescript.
Experience with Kubernetes.
Strong understanding of operating systems and networking.
Understanding of IAM and access management concepts (e.g. Just-In-Time access, role design).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Secure cloud infrastructure with a strong focus on Kubernetes and CNAPP/CSPM tooling.
Manage Web Application Firewalls (WAFs) and coordinate with Security teams.
Collaborate across Infrastructure, Development and Security teams to reduce risk.
Configure and manage IAM/access controls and Just-In-Time access across cloud resources.
Support AppSec in securing CI/CD pipelines and tooling.
