Job summary

monday.com is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to secure our cloud infrastructure with a strong focus on Kubernetes. You will collaborate across Security, Infrastructure, and Development to harden environments, manage WAFs, and oversee JIT access across multiple cloud accounts.

You’ll contribute to security tooling, aid in incident response, and support securing CI/CD pipelines. The Warsaw office hosts engineers solving impactful, high-scale problems in a vibrant, security-aware culture.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years as a Software Engineer and a minimum of 3 years as a DevOps Engineer.
• Passion for keeping systems secure.
• Proficiency in Python/Go/TypeScript.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of operating systems and networking.
• Understanding IAM and access management concepts (e.g. Just-In-Time access).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Secure our cloud infrastructure with a focus on Kubernetes.
• Harden and monitor cloud-native environments; use CNAPP/CSPM tools like Wiz.
• Configure and manage WAFs (e.g., Cloudflare) with the threat team.
• Participate in security incident response and audits.
• Manage Just-In-Time (JIT) access and IAM across cloud accounts.
• Develop security tools within the internal platform and support CI/CD security.
