Job summary

People More is seeking a DevOps / Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate reliable cloud infrastructure for our diverse projects. You will enable fast, secure releases with CI/CD pipelines, monitor performance, and collaborate with development teams to improve automation and reliability.

This role offers a 100% remote arrangement ( Krakow office optional ) and an international environment where experienced engineers drive modern platforms using Azure, Ansible, Docker, Prometheus, Grafana

Qualifications

Very good English and Polish are required.
7+ years in DevOps/Platform Engineering or similar.
Experience with cloud environments and IaC tools (Azure, Ansible, etc.).
Familiarity with distributed/event-driven systems and messaging (Kafka).
Strong skills in CI/CD, automated builds/tests/deployments, and containerized apps (Docker).
Experience monitoring/operating production systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki).
Ownership mindset focused on reliability and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Develop and operate reliable cloud infrastructure and configuration management for dev, test, and prod environments.
Automate build, test, and deployment processes to enable fast, secure releases.
Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support engineering teams.
Ensure platform stability and performance with monitoring, logging, and alerting.
Support platform services, integrations, and event-driven components.
Apply secure operational practices including secrets management.
Collaborate with development teams to improve automation and platform experience.
