Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Warszawa is seeking a Test Automation Engineer (IT Test Manager) to design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions that ensure quality, reliability, and performance across software applications. You will integrate automated testing into the development lifecycle and promote continuous quality improvements within Agile teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing and test automation.
• Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or C#.
• Experience with API testing tools and frameworks.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• ISTQB certifications are advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Analyze requirements to determine automation opportunities.
• Execute automated tests and analyze results.
• Create and maintain test data and environments.
• Identify, document, and track defects.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and QA to resolve issues.
• Integrate automated testing into deployment processes.
• Perform API, functional, regression, integration, and end‑to‑end testing.
• Prepare test reports and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve automation frameworks and best practices.
• Support manual testing activities when required.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and reviews.
