Job summary

Hire Together seeks a DevOps Engineer to implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and manage AWS services such as ECS, EC2, RDS, and S3. You will support CI/CD pipelines, help optimize cloud usage, and troubleshoot complex infra and application issues.

Required experience includes DevOps or similar roles, scripting with Python or Bash, and familiarity with monitoring/observability tools like CloudWatch. Knowledge of Java/PHP/Node.js is a plus, and AKS helps.

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role in software development and system administration.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implement Infrastructure asCode (IaC) using Terraform.

Manage AWS services itncluding ECS, EC2, networking, RDS, S3, and permissions.

Support application teams’ CI/CD pipelines and cloud usage.

Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience asaDevOps Engineer orsimilar role insoftware development and system administration.

Experience with AWS cloud: ECS, EC2, networking, RDS, S3, permissions

Knowledge of Terraform

Experience with scripting inPython orBash

Knowledge of Java/PHP/Node.js, and AKS will beaplus.

Familiarity with backup and rollback processes, and observability tools such asCloudWatch.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Experience inmonitoring downstream/dependent systems.
