Job summary

Virtus Lab sp. z o.o. (Ltd.) is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead security operations in a modern security environment. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in cloud and security engineering, proficiency with Microsoft Security Stack, and strong incident response skills. You'll play a key role in streamlining integration capabilities across a high-growth MGA and brokerage ecosystem.

The position allows for remote work or at our offices in Kraków or Kielce. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, along with English communication skills at B2+ level.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure Engineering or Security Engineering roles.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Security Stack including Entra ID and Microsoft Defender.
• Proficiency in security practices, incident response, and security analysis.
• Experience with securing and maintaining Microsoft Stack services.
• Experience with insurance infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for security operations in modern security stack.
• Streamline integration capabilities to unify high-growth MGA and brokerage ecosystem.
• Incident response and AV/EDR operations.
• Create and update security policies.
• Conduct SIEM operations and IAM hardening.
