Job summary

Joy Studios is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to own and evolve our infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and reliability practices. This hands-on role follows SRE principles, supporting agility, automation, and proactive risk management in a regulated gaming context.

You will collaborate closely with the CTO and system architect to implement scalable, secure, and cost-aware deployments across multiple partner environments, driving reliability at scale.

Qualifications

7+ years in DevOps, SRE, or related roles.
Proven AWS implementation and operations experience.
Experience with IaC tools and CI/CD design.
Strong understanding of SRE concepts.
Familiarity with distributed systems and messaging brokers.

Responsibilities

Own deployment pipelines and reliability practices.
Design scalable, multi-tenant deployment workflows.
Maintain monitoring, logging, and incident response processes.
Collaborate with CTO and system architect on platform improvements.
Ensure governance, security, and cost optimization.
