Job summary

People More in Kraków is seeking a DevOps/Platform Engineer to build and operate scalable cloud infrastructure using Azure, Ansible, and Docker. You will enable fast, secure releases and own CI/CD pipelines with strong emphasis on automation and reliability.

You will collaborate with distributed teams worldwide, ensuring platform stability, observability, and secure practices. The role supports remote work, with an office in Kraków for those who prefer it.

Qualifications

7+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or similar engineering role.
Experience with Azure, Ansible or similar IaC tools.
Familiarity with distributed/event-driven systems and Kafka.
Strong CI/CD expertise and containerized apps with Docker.
Experience with monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki.
Ownership mindset with reliability, automation, and continuous improvement.
Excellent English and Polish language skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and operate reliable cloud infrastructure and a configuration management ecosystem.
Automate build, test, and deployment processes for fast releases.
Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support engineering teams.
Ensure platform stability, performance, and visibility via monitoring and logging.
Support platform services, integrations, and event-driven components.
Apply secure operational practices, including secrets management.
Collaborate with development teams to improve automation and platform experience.
