Job summary

Korn Ferry in Warsaw is seeking a Senior / Lead DevOps Engineer to join a central DevOps team in a fintech setting. You will enable engineering teams to deliver software safely, efficiently, and consistently through modern CI/CD practices, automation, cloud tooling, and strong SDLC discipline.

You will work across multiple teams, improving pipelines, defining delivery standards, supporting workflows, and providing practical guidance on DevOps, release engineering, and automation best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong DevOps experience in fintech or regulated environments.
• Hands-on with CI/CD concepts and SDLC practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container tooling.

Responsibilities

• Improve CI/CD pipelines, release engineering, and automation.
• Support developer workflows and provide practical DevOps guidance.
• Define delivery standards and SDLC best practices across teams.
