Job summary

Demant Polska in Warsaw is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to support cross‑platform mobile app development and Azure DevOps pipelines in a SAFe environment. You will help ensure fast, stable delivery of mobile healthcare software for Android and iOS, collaborating with international teams across Poland and Denmark.

Qualifications

• Experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Platform Engineering roles.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, access policies).
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell (Core).
• Proficiency in YAML-based pipelines development.
• Management of Azure DevOps on-premise build agents.
• GIT
• Mobile CI/CD knowledge.
• Awareness of the best DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain our Azure DevOps solutions as a part of the System Team.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve pipelines, ensuring stable and smooth development experience.
• Manage and maintain on-premise build agents.
• Create internal tools to automate manual or repetitive processes and limit human errors.
• Manage App Store Connect/TestFlight and Google Play Console user accounts.
• Create documentation and share knowledge among team members.
• Cooperate with and support our product teams.
• Research and evaluate new tools, technologies, and methodologies aligned with DevOps goals.
