Job summary

INFUSE is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to own and evolve our AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and observability stack. You will bridge cloud engineering and software development across our product suite, including production LLM products and legacy systems requiring modernization.

Lead our transition to EKS and GitHub Actions, enforce zero-trust security baselines, and mentor engineering teams along the way. Fully remote role with strong collaboration across internal and contractor teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DevOps/SRE experience in production environments.
• 3+ years of hands-on AWS experience at scale.
• IaC & CI/CD mastery with Terraform, Ansible and GitHub Actions.
• Containerization with Docker and Kubernetes (AWS EKS) and Helm.
• Production security focus: zero-trust, automated secret management, patching, and Cloudflare WAF.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and run secure AWS infrastructure (EC2 with Docker Compose, EKS) with Terraform and Ansible; move workloads to EKS.
• Build and maintain CI/CD in GitHub Actions; migrate remaining Jenkins jobs to GH Actions.
• Ensure security baseline: Cloudflare WAF/proxy, restricted origins, IAM least privilege, secrets rotation, patching, and non-root containers.
• Own monitoring/logging: Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Sentry; on-call and incident reviews.
• Own backups and restore tests; control AWS costs with tagging and rightsizing.
• Regularly review infrastructure, identify risks, and propose improvements.
